Service Description
To bring the culture of the Omotesenke tea ceremony closer to everyone, we offer a hands-on experiential program that differs from traditional tea classes. In this session, guests will make simple seasonal wagashi, learning about their meaning and connection to the season. Afterward, you will experience an Omotesenke-style tea gathering, including practicing the guest’s movements such as entering the tea room. Enjoy a calm and intimate cultural experience while savoring two bowls of thin tea accompanied by dried sweets. Details Children below elementary school age are not allowed to participate or attend Includes: Wagashi-making experience Two bowls of thin tea Seasonal dried sweets Handmade reusable bag made from Oshima Tsumugi kimono fabric What to bring: White socks Dress code: Western-style clothing is acceptable (mini-skirts and low-cut tops are not allowed) Target audience: Beginners or those returning to tea after a break

Cancellations Made 7 Days or More Before the Scheduled Session: - Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. 2. Cancellations Made Between 4 to 6 Days Before the Scheduled Session: - Cancellations made between 4 to 6 days before the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund. 3. Cancellations Made Within 3 Days of the Scheduled Session: - Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled session are non-refundable. **Rescheduling Policy** - Please note that we do not accept rescheduling requests. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please refer to our cancellation policy. **No-Show Policy** - If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not contacted us to cancel, the ticket fee will be non-refundable. **Refund Process** - Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed. **How to Cancel** - To cancel your session, please email us at teaharmony862@gmail.com with your booking details.
